Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of third-party inspection, testing, training, auditing, and certification services by IIBTS ("the Company") to its clients.
1. Scope of Services

All services are conducted in accordance with international safety standards and local regulations. Our reports represent an independent assessment of the equipment or systems at the specific time of inspection.
3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure the accurate delivery of services, the Client agrees to:
- Provide safe and unobstructed access to sites and equipment.
- Ensure all relevant technical documentation and safety data are available.
- Prepare equipment for testing as per agreed schedules.
4. Industrial Training
Training modules are designed for general industrial operations. While IIBTS provides expert instruction, the Client is responsible for the ongoing supervision of their personnel and ensuring operational compliance with internal safety protocols.
5. Liability
IIBTS shall not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from equipment failure occurring after the inspection date or due to improper maintenance by the Client. Liability is limited to the total fee paid for the service in question.
6. Confidentiality
We maintain strict confidentiality regarding all Client data and technical findings. Information will only be disclosed to third parties with written consent or when required by regulatory bodies.
